how to use the PID output values to control the valve

The output of a PID control I use is a number between the low clamp and high clamp values,such as -5 to 5. The PID is used to control a valve which is fully open when 5V D.C. is supplied while fully close when 0V D.C. is given. Then how to use the PID output values to relate to the voltage?
