Big Flashing occured on Main Incomer VCB (Vacuum Circuit Breaker). Which Connect the 11 KVA Bus Bar. Alarm came on Mark-IV Pannel "Circuit Braker Open" and GTG in FSNL mode. What is the cause of this flashing?
