Looking for device of some sorts that can look at the peak value from a deflection sensor and hold the value for a set amount of time?
why do i have to use a signal conditioning system to convert current signal to a voltage signal to connect to DCS???

The analogue input card can measure either current or voltage on the DCS (4 - 20mA & 2 - 10V)....
