How to restart TWIDO PLC

In my system I have a TWIDO PLC TWDLMDA40DTK, in which there is a memory cartridge 64K TWDXCPMFK64.

At the beginning, the PLC was in RUN mode. Then I took out the memory cartrige (online). Immediately, the PLC go to STOP or HALT mode (LED RUN was blinking). I put it back again and switch off power supply, then power up again but the PLC didn't run (LED RUN was blinking).

Could anyone help me to solve this problem. I have download software for this PLC from internet, but I don't have a suitable to connect PLC to PC.

It's possible that the Twido was never configured to start in Run Mode - it defaults to not, and you need to go to:

In Twidosoft, open your program. In the Browser pane on the left right-click on Program and select Scan Mode Edit.

Click the box that says Automatic Start In Run and cycle power.

In TwidoSuite, open your project, then Click Project on the top left, then click Configure The Behavior on the top right.

Under Startup, check the Automatic Start in Run box.

You may have other issues, but this is a popular one.

Check the Firmware (SV) level of the CPU the most recent is V4.1. I suggest you upgrade if you have an older SV. Try this link, once on this page select software / firmware. In my experience when you do select auto start in RUN it does not always restart on first power cycle.

Thank you very much for your help. Unfortunately at this moment I do not have the cable to connect a PC with this PLC. Maybe next week I will have it and try to follow your instructions.
