Schneider - old PLCs -CPU need

We have an old Schneider electric PLC on packing machine .CPU module ( TSX-4740 ) has damaged unfortunately we do not have PLC programming software and our PLC program .We have only EPROM include our PLC program which looks can be used.
we have to exchange the cpu as it is old and not available in schneider recent product
or
if should exchange to new PLC how can we exchange our software without programming ?

It is possible to convert the software to PL7 (previous version) and then to Unity (latest software).

I would recommend upgrading if you can, as if anything goes wrong you will struggle to get spares or backup.
