Siemens Simoreg DC Drive Fault Message F030, F035

I have a Siemens Simoreg DC Drive used to operate the hoist DC motor in the crane.

When the crane lifts more than 20 tons the DC drive fault message F031 and sometimes F035 appears.

But without load, the crane works normally.

Can anybody help me to find it out?

With respect to the 6RA2485 series of DC drives, F031= "Controller Monitoring-Speed Controller" (Deviation between set point and actual value) and F035 = "Drive Stalled", it sounds like the Drive is overloaded, max Arm Current or Torque limit, and not at desired speed.
