i have omron make plc in our 50 tpd oxygen plant,
the specification of the cpu is as follows:

cpu m8913

can any body knows about the programing of such model?

i am not having its instruction manual ,please help me in getting the manual site

What is your Omron PLC series? It is difficult to chase up manuals only using CPU numbers.
(C20,C200,CQM1 etc.?)
