need help to commnicate AB SLC500 CPU5/05 232port to a Proface Touchsreen GP-577 which is 50m away. we have a 1761-NET-AIc converter but Proface support have never try it & so don't have any wiring diagram. thinking to get a one or two 232 to 422 converter to try, does anyone have the experience?? anyone with knowledge to get the 2 to communicate can offer me any solution. thanx


also has anyone try GP-577 with the new AB 5000 series??

I know and use Allen Bradley products and Proface. You need a driver and is possible to connect in rs232 to 100 meters. If you need more information let me know.
