That depends on the Data Logger you're using (what protocol(s) and data format(s) it supports), the PC you want to connect it to (what I/O devices it has), the O/S running on the PC (what comm mechanisms and programming languages it provides), what you want to do with the data once it gets to the PC (save to a file, store in a database, etc), and how much you want to spend (proprietary/commercial solution vs. open source package vs. home-grown).

You'll have to ask a more specific question to get an answer you can use.
