Hello,

I wrote about problems with OPC connectivity to DeltaV sytem some time ago.

Short explanation of symptoms of this problem. I'm not expert in COM/DCOM (I have only some limited experiences) and I was confused with different function of several OPC clients. Now I know, that different security initialization and unproper setting of DCOM were really cause of these differencies. So really first step of OPC connectivity must be checking proper DCOM parameters.
