i want to communicate TDC3000 DCS from honeywell with AFCON PCIM, please suggest me

Your solution depends on what and why you are transferring data. I don't know what the AFCON PCIM is. The ePLC Gateway or Process Manager SIOP via aXConnect ( http://www.mnrcan.com ) might be an inexpensive alternative for you.

What is AFCON PCIM? as far as I know TDC3000 has a node named PCIM. It is a communication port for TDC3000 communicating with PC. Pls inform me detail, may be i can help you. I have experiences.

If the AFCON PCIM talks Modbus protocol you can use either the Honeywell EPLCG or the HPM Serial Interface.
