I have developed a medium sized application in Vijeo Designer v4.3.0. The application will Validate fine but when I go to build it I get the following information:

---------------------------------- Begin Build ----------------------------------
--------------------------------- Validating ---------------------------------

Validating Services
Target - Pltouchscreen
Pltouchscreen - HMI
Pltouchscreen - I/O
SRAM Total: 512 KB Used: 79 KB Available: 433 KB

Validation Complete

---------------------------- Generating Code ----------------------------
---------------------------------- Compiling ---------------------------------
Error aborting build due to compiler errors. Please clean and rebuild target. If error continues, consult readme and other user documentation.

This does not tell me what the underlying problem is and I have tried what the message suggests (cleaning and rebuilding) but with no success. We also get the same results when trying to build application on another PC. Has anyone ever had this happen and if so how was it resolved?

Many thanks in advance.

Hi Martin,

I work for the vendor who makes Vijeo-Designer. One thing you can try is go to the Build menu above and go to Build -> Options. This will pop up a "Build Options" dialog. In the dialog box, check the "Display details during Build" option. This will give you the full details of what is going on when building. It would also tell you where the compile error is occuring. Could you also send me this information and your application, if possible, please? Thanks.
