Help please!!

We had purchased a license key from Beckhoff for our new hard disk. My problem is that every time I enter the said license key from Beckhoff it is showing an invalid key. We verified it from them and they said that it is correct. One thing more, is SERIAL key the same as LICENSE key? Because Beckhoff only gave us the license key.

The issue that your seeing with your TwinCAT installation is most likely that the level which you have chosen to install doesn't match your level for your registration key. This should be easily resolved if you go through the installation process and then make certain that when you choose the controller level, i.e. Cp, IO, PLC, NC/PTP or NCI, it matches the level which should be stated on the email or fax you received with your request for a registration key.
