CP333D in Hard Ready State Only

We have a bus converter for our Centum CS3000 DCS. It encountered trouble when the left side CPU fails during copying state and the right side CPU suddenly switched to hard ready state only from control state. Now, the left side CPU has no indication while the right side CPU is in hard ready state only. Supposed to be, the right side CPU is in hard ready, ready and control state. Because of this status, the bus converter fails. Please provide proper solution on how to restore the bus converter to its normal status.
