ABB PLC WITH ALTIVAR 71 DRIVE

Dear all,

I've Altivar 71 AC drive which has to be communicated to ABB PLC (AC500 PLC model PM582-ETH) only through Profibus communication.

I've added an Profibus communication card in the drive.

My requirement is to Turn ON & Turn off the drive through Profibus communication. And also to control the speed, read the speed, voltage, Current & motor power......

While powered, my master becomes active & an error is received as "slave does not exist".

Kindly let me know, how to configure the drive for profibus communication. (I'm not clear with the programming manual).
