Alternator synchronizing

we have a turbo alternator of 2.2 MW, 3.3 kv and we steam up it at 11 kv. when we synchronized with national grid. synchronized process successfully done. after that when we increased load the KW and Ampere meters show hunting of 500 kw - 1500 kw. the voltage and PF are stable at this moment.

please any body help me how we can stabilized this.
