Comunication with Schenk Disomat B Plus using RS232

I need to communicate by RS232 with a schenk disomat B plus, for obtain the weighing of the scale. we have tested with different options, but we have not been able to establish communication via the serial port with the equipment.
If anyone has experience in this and could guide us how to get it???
