Premium PLC ETY module with iFix MBE Driver issue

I have a Premium PLC CPY 6634m installed with ETY 5103 Ethernet module. The PLC is connected the iFix SCADA system via Modbus TCP. The Ethernet port on the CPU module works good with iFix HMI. iFix gets all information from the PLC. But, when iFix -PLC connection switched to ETY Ethernet Port, iFix MBE driver only get %MW register data but not %M data. ETY has same IP subnet configuration as CPU Etherent. I don't know why.
