We have a glass corner grinding machine in our glass company. Currently, we are running the conveyor using mechanical gear box system.
I want to replace this old system with a siemens micromaster 440 drive because this will save a lot of electricity and will also increase the mechanical life of my motor. But, i have never commissioned a drive. I have experience in troubleshooting the faults in drive and i am also aware of the various types of terminal inputs and outputs of this drive.
Can somebody please guide me that excepting the motor data, ramp up / ramp down time, frequency and input terminals description parameters, which other parameters needs to be entered.
I don't want to commit mistake in this work.
