A Integrated Function Controller (IFC) is a controller of the UOC family that provides multiloop continuous control capability with interlocking and sequencing through the use of FSTs (Function Sequence Tables) and LCPs (Logic Control Points).
It does NOT include batch functionality.
A Unit Operations Controller (UOC) is a PROVOX controller designed for batch, sequencing, continuous and unit-oriented continuous-control applications. A UOC includes FST and LCP functionality.
