PLC panels in hazardous areas

I have a PLC panel in a nema 4x enclosure all components are rated class1 div2 so that no purge is needed on the panel. now my question is if my panel is rated class 1 div 2, but I see no I/S barrier in the loop drawing to the 11 RTD's with exp proof heads and 3 4-20ma transmitters with exp proof heads which are isolated to 3750vac/ TempIR/ Hart/ Intrinsically safe. Are conduit seals still required on the instruments? The PLC will be located in the same area as the instrument max of 5 feet away. This is in the US so nec codes will apply.

thanks for the help
