I have a 5MW-rated diesel generator sets, 6.6kV Fuji. my problem is after the generator is operating, it was found that the voltage will decrease up to 5.8KV itself even if no adjustment is carried out automatically. why? does AVR module has suffered damage or are other ways to overcome it? we had to adjust it manually and leave it in this situation to avoid it down to 5.8KV and trip.
