3500/93 BNIL system display hanged

We have 3500 system installed at our WGC where in the system is installed in the control room and BNIL display is installed in field at around 500 mtr distance. We had reset the power supply to set the system right but of no use. If you have any xperience of this kind please share how to overcome this problem
