In our plant we have LCO (Light Cycle Oil) is the fuel for the oil fired bolier, with two Screw pump to discharge the 60m3/hr flow to the boiler as a fuel. There is no Control valve after the pump discharge but there is the Recirculation control valve to maintain the designed pressure to the boiler, as there is so much deviation in the control valve to fluctuate the flow & pressure.
Liquid fuel control valve hunting & deviation as unable to maintain the discharge flow & pressure so oil fired boiler pressure & drum level fluctuate with this deviation every time after giving the manual open or close command.
So is there any solution to neglect the deviation in the control valve deviation to maintain the flow.
