there is ambient temperature is 40 deg c, Air is flowing at about 25 deg C at 4.5 bar gauge pressure. A flow meter(orifice meter) is idicating flow....

I want to know that this flow will be read in normal m3 or standard m3.

It can be anything.

You will have to go to the original specification to see what was asked and then use the serial number to query the supplier and see what was actually supplied.

There ought to be a record on site somewhere for the instrument which collates all this information.

Normal and Standard can mean different things to different people in different countries and industries so you also need to be clear what you mean by it and what the supplier means by it.
