SFC main input feed Circuit breaker for a plant

I have a question regarding the SFC (LCI) main input feed Circuit breaker for a combined cycle or simple cycle plant...Is there only one CB from the grid around 11KV or is there another CB as well for lower voltage on step down side of Xfrm? Probably obvious but I am new to this...
