Steam Turbine Generator IPR protection

Hello:

In our power plant there is 5 STGs @ 120MW each. Type Single cylinder, multistage, extraction condensing, down exhaust, outdoor.

Inlet steam flow (rated) 860t/hr, Inlet steam pressure (rated) 105kg/cm2

Inlet steam temperature (rated) 500ºC, Exhaust steam pressure 700mmHgV

Exhaust steam flow (rated) 290t/hr, Rated speed 3,600rpm

I would like to know how we set the IPR (intermediate pressure regulator) set point (Turbine run back).

In our power plant IPR set point for all STGs is 95.4kg/cm2 is that right??
