Are you preparing this for any coming maintenance?
How old your plant is?
If it is old plant you can find the list of required parts and approx. cost in your inventory system (if SAP, Maximo,...if such system used)
If it you are going for first time maintenance then you have to refer the manual for each item and plan for require items. Then invite quote from vendors. It need more efforts in the first time.
