Can I read and write the data memory of OMRON PLC with VB thru the RS232?

Have any sample program or starting program can helping me??

I cannot help you with the VB code but, I can tell you OMRON uses two protocols named SYSMAC and FINS. I think there are two other OMRON protocols but, I have never used either one. I have used SYSMAC and FINS

OMRON publishes the protocols in several documents.
