We recently installed a new VCMI card in the T core of the MK VI cabinet. When we downloaded the necessary Pcode, App code and configuration codes, did the rebooting of the controllers, everything came back to life.
Upon returning to the control room, it was noticed that the alarms for this turbine could not be acknowledged, silenced or anything.
What are we missing to be able to acknowledge the alarms from this turbine?
The other two turbine alarms are acting normal.
