FTAB Instruction for RP570

I am working on a project where i need to decode/decipher FTAB instruction sent by an RP570 Master station to Slave RTU.
So that I can understand what type of configurations are being sent by Master to Slave.

Anyone there having detailed documentation of RP570 protocol or ABB RTU210 documentation.
