We have one site (done by another company) we are monitor with SIEMENS PLC s& 200 in that remote site and also another PLC S7 200 in the main site (where the WinCC program exists), and i would like to extend the data acquisition and control for another site, and i would like to be done by our self not by another company.

the monitored site before has 4 SEPAMs with 4 ACE949-2 modules.

The new site that i would like to monitor has two SEPAMs with two ACE949-2 modules and also the RJ-45 straight cable is connected from the SEPAM (Schneider T42 Transformer),

now my questions:

1- how the V+ V- and L+ L- will be connected or terminated to the PLC inputs?

2- how the connection will be from the PLC outputs to the modem?

3- do you have any ready program at the PLC (in the remote site) for that purpose? since i see from the WinCC program has external tags and how should be found in the PLC program.

4-do you have any ready program at the PLC (in the main site where the WinCC program exists)?

5- what equipments should i purchase to start testing and working for this small project? i have some idea for the following equipments:
a- PLC S7 200 in that remote site
b- i think i don't need another PLC in the main site since the available one should be enough.
c- Programming cable - PC adapter using a serial or USB connection
d- a licensed STEP 7 MicroWin software in order to manage the PLC
e- Modbus CTRL and MSG library license

Many Thanks
