Steam Turbine rotor studdenly stops after running on barring gear

our steam turbine of 40 MW is running on barring gear after unit stopped. After 70 hsr of running on barring gear, rotor suddenly stop rotating. what is the reason this happened. while stopped jacking oil pump is running and also lub. oil pump is also running. also the casing top bottom temperature is 95 and 93 c resp.
