What happens with a control valve if I change the maximum flow by two times. What are the problems regarding the flow control valve?

Will this valve support or be able to control the flow (of oxygen) on this condition?

How can we possibly answer that when you tell us nothing about the valve.

I can tell you pressure drop at double the flow will be 4 x

This means that the pressure drop in the pipeline will increase by 300%. This 300% increase value must be subtracted from the current valve dp. If the resulting valve dp still remains at a positive value then it may be possible although your CV required would increase considerably. You may therefore have to increase your source pressure if possible to achieve your requirements. More information as to valve details and process conditions would be required to proceed from here.
