Hello,

I will appreciate any information to know what may be the breakdown of a analog inputs and outputs module, on the links below you can see the module

https://flic.kr/p/ebWEFo
https://flic.kr/p/ebWF3u
PLC does not receive the signal from analog sensors

The circuit board does not look blackened or burned at a glance

I measured the resistance between the pin which connects the positive terminal of the power supply (+5 V) and pin ground and gives me OMHS 1092, is a correct value?

I have a power supply of 3 Amp. that being unconnected gives me 5.18 V cc. and after connect it to the motherboard the voltage drops to 4.81 V.

In the front of the module there are 2 LEDs, one green and one red, when I connect the power supply to the motherboard (+5 V and 0V.), Sometimes
2 LEDs remain on (as seen in the photo) and other times on and off continuously (green more often than red)

the fault appears within seconds to connect the power supply, it would be possible that EPROMs are damaged?

Thanks for any comments to help me locate the fault

regards
