I've already spent hours in looking for a flow meter. "Hey, this guy is kind of blind, there are plenty of suppliers". Well, it's not that simple.

I want to measure air flow rate ranging from 0.1 to 5 and 10 to 90 LPM: sounds reasonable for an in-line device. Media temperature/Pressure will not exceed 90°C/4 bars, nothing fancy or impossible. Ambient conditions will reach max 55°C. Display, analog/alarm outputs, Still OK but...

Most available flowmeters on the market are digital, some are still analog but will not reach the required media temperature. Computerized device are allowed only if they complied with standard IEC60880-2 Category A or DO176B level A: this is all about software qualification, either for nuclear or avionic use.

Any idea if I can find this rare item, I'm tired of searching for it.

It appears that an LFE (Laminar Flow element) with a suitable DP transmitter could work for this application. We can offer such packages w/ or w/o custom features. Contact me for further info if interested.
