is there software should be installed in DCS Engineering stations to make my workstation to act with the field transmitter as Hart communicator? (with the same communicator features, changing tags, injecting current......etc)
Yes. Just about every DCS these days comes with an optional Intelligent Device Management (IDM) software part of the Asset Management System. It can handle all the device management tasks you mention, for 4-20 mA/HART, FOUNDATION fieldbus, PROFIBUS, and WirelessHART.
