I am trying to connect to Moore TRY Temp transmitter via Moore cableto PC serial port, but every time a message appeared states that "XMIT FRAMING ERROR" and not allowing me to configure the TRY or either to load configuration files from previously configured one. as per manual the PC serial port configuration is 4800 baud rate baud, no parity, 8 data bits and 1 stop bit but it doesn't work. any ideas please?
