Came out CI on 7EA DLN everything looks the same except we have higher CDP with loss of air flow and down approx 1-2 MW's all WP and Exh/Temp good IGV's full open. Tuning completed slight adjustment to split. Burning same amount of gas however nox up by 2ppm.

 

1) What do you mean by "loss of air flow", can you explain more?

2) Do you have data from before the overhaul? How does it compare?

3) I guess you took any changes in Inlet Temp. in to account?

Maybe you can provide some more detailed data as higher CPD and less air flow doesn't really make sense.
