We have done replacement of UCVE controller in <R> processor only and the Mark VI working fine. but the timers and counters got reset to Zero?

Can we restore timers and counters from S or T processor to R?
How to replace UCVE controller without effecting timers and counters in future?

FYI; While we were replacing the UCVE Controller all processor was power down.

Please help.

 

No you'll not be able to do it yourself. You need to get a code generated by toolbox and send it to GE PAC who will give you a response to access and change the timers and counters.
