Control engineers often utilize feedback when designing control systems. For example, in an automobile with cruise control the vehicle's speed is continuously monitored and fed back to the system which adjusts the motor's power output accordingly. Where there is regular feedback, control theory can be used to determine how the system responds to such feedback.

i know that control is implemented by embedded computer and I am good in embedded systems both hardware and software. I just want to know how to integrate control system with computer system? I also want to know why we need bode plot, root locus, nyquist criteria? What is classical and modern approach in control theory?

Can you please explain how I should go about it.
I want to learn it seriously.

You can use Micro controllers or PLCs. PLCs internally use micro controllers only but programming them have been made much easier.
