I installed Factory Talk SE on my personal computer. when try to open the application, I receive a message data source name not found and no default driver specified. when loading I see on the bottom "server RNA //local ....."

What does means RNA server?

Please help me how to solve this issue, I want to train myself on the running application.

Message " message data source name not found and no default driver specified" related to connection problem for SQL or Microsoft access or other database. FTView Historical trends, alarms and events using datalog to store their trending data.

If you get the such error message, please check your datalog configuration, alarm and events. for your reference, please refer to FTView SE user guide chapter 22:
