I have a Dymo LabelWriter connected to the serial port of a PanelView Plus 6 1500 and I need to send ASCII characters, I'm using the Ucon driver from KEPWare for it. I've configured the communications according the dymo and a technical note I have from Rockwell website but isn't working so far. The dymo is working fine because I already print something from the PLC but I need to print from the FTV ME application I have. I've done all the procedure to use the KEPServer and when I turn on the PV shows an error in the communications accessing the serial port and sometimes it load it without errors. Any ideas of what could be wrong?
