Kindly clarify which product is actually required for given below application.

Early response will be highly appreciated.

Input air pressure .60 psig (fix) will transmitted to output port in normally open (NO) conditions. On trigger signal through solenoid valve the output port will close and cylinder pressure will release by exhaust port for valve opening. (Air pressure is reqd for additional thrust for not passing the liquid from on-off valve)

If I interpret you questions correctly it seems that you are trying to control a double acting, Air to open/Fail close, on/off valve. You want the solenoid to supply air to the top of the cylinder to assist the spring to ensure that the valve seals properly when the solenoid valve is in the de-energized state and in the energized state you want the pressure inside the cylinder to be able to drain as you put the air pressure at the bottom of the cylinder in order to open the valve.

We normally use a three-way, two position solenoid valve to do this. Below is an example of what they look like.

Bifold Solinoid valve, typically with a model number:
FP03P-02-32-NC-V-74A-24D-36.

This is just one type to help you understand what you need. If you prefer some other brand search the internet for something similar.
What we also normally do is to put two of these solenoids in parallel and connect the drains together so that the cylinder pressure will drain through either the one or the other depending which solenoid valve is activated and de-activated or if both are active or de-active. The one solenoid gets a signal from the DCS system while the other one is getting its signal from the ESD system so you have a control as well as a trip function for the valve you are controlling. This configuration can be done on On\Off as well as control valves in order to get the valves to move to their fail safe position as soon as possible during an emergency and also to prevent a valve from operating unless it have all healthy signals from the DCS and ESD.
