3KVA single phase transformer

Is it safe to install a 10A 2 pole C/B to a 3KVA single phase transformer without damaging the transformer, when the transformer is asking for a 6.25A on the 480V side? Also what conductors do I tap off to pick up the neutral/ground on the secondary side?
