Mark-VI TTPW Bus Ground Alarm

I`m facing a Bus ground alarm on our frame 5 model MS5001PA GT with GE mark 6 control system.

P28 VDC TTPW Bus Ground Alarm (ALARM ID 244)

(TTPW is a power transition board that powers TRPL and TREL trip boards that further power the trip solenoids (ETSV) board)

the alarm is accompanied with a a few diagnostic alarms from the the cores (p368; p322)

I need some help in how to rectify the alarm with turbine in operating mode.
