I am working on small power plants which are diesel fueled. On one site, they have purchased a new Cummins Generator of which the generator control module is power command. Checking the system, the excitation and speed control is already integrated on the Power Command. My problem is, we would like to run the unit in parallel with the other generators and to operate it in island mode. All other generators have external synchronizing control modules such as woodward. For the new cummins, I also like to use woodward GCP but I can't see any terminals in the Power Command to send analog signal to control speed and voltage. Is there anyone here who has same problem or experience in regards?
