If anybody knows the meaning of "valve rejected to manual". I'll be glad if anybody can explain what does it means.

does it means, valve insist on going in AUTO mode? or does it means that, it goes to MANUAL mode?

"Valve rejected to manual" indicates that the valve is placed in manual control mode by the control. It would typically be prevented from returning to "Auto" mode until the operator takes some action to correct whatever problem caused the rejection to manual mode.
Loss of process variable feedback (transmitter out of range) is one of the more common causes of this condition. But there are many possibilities - you may have to look at the software.
