Snap7 1.1.0 released

Hi all,
I released Snap7 1.1.0 (a minor release)

- LOGO 0BA7 support (as client/server and Network I/O blocks)
- S7200 (via CP243) experimental support
- New Callback for S7Server that allow writing full synchronous gateways (for protocol translators if you want)
- New rich-demos
- Some bug fixed
- Documentation improved and updated.
