Need recovery from Wonderware Intouch window maker starting error

hello...

I can work in wonderware intouch window maker easily. But when i switch to Runtime (windowviewer) page, it does not open. or may error will come "could not start windowviewer" rarely. Please help me out friends. My all work is pending for this
